When does my Monday briefing arrive?
At your configured delivery time (default 07:00 GMT). You can change this in Delivery Settings under Tips. We recommend 07:00–07:30 to get it before market open.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period — you keep your current tier until then.
What's the difference between a setup and an alert?
A setup is a planned trade delivered in your Monday briefing — entry zone, stop, and targets. An alert fires in real time when price hits a key level or your KB confidence shifts on an open position.
Do I need Telegram?
Yes — briefings and alerts are delivered via Telegram. Link your account in Profile → Telegram. The app gives you the chat interface and pattern browser, but delivery happens in Telegram.
